This ranch contains 747 +/- acres of rolling hills with Live Oak groves, picturesque views and on pavement just outside the town of Comanche. The ranch has some beautiful distance views from the elevated plateaus, which would make ideal building sites. There are 5 ponds on the property and several draws where you could build more ponds or a large tank.
