- If I need more information on a property, how is the best way to ask for that information?
Preferable by email and be specific as to what information you may need....such as condition of fences, location, available utilities, water, minerals, etc.
- On some of your listings you say "some minerals" or "owner will convey 1/2 of the minerals." Why are you not more specific?
Many times the owner of property will not know what minerals they own or they may know they own only a portion of the minerals and are agreeable to conveying with the property all or a portion of what they know they own. This situation is specifically the reason we advise purchasers to have the title examined and the mineral estate quantified prior to purchase.
- Where in the world is Comanche, Texas?
Comanche County is located in Central Texas approximately 93 miles Southwest of Ft Worth, 120 miles Southwest of Dallas, 90 miles East of Abilene, 31 miles Southwest West of Stephenville and 26 miles Northeast of Brownwood. - Why don't you give all of the information on the property?
It would be almost impossible to list all of the features/benefits of each property on one small page! We are also of the belief that our interpretations may not be as distinct as yours. The best bet is to preview the property, have a personal tour, or ask for a copy of the video if you will not be able to come to the area soon.
- How do I get more information?
You may call, write, email or fax. We will do our best to provide you with additional information you may need. We will even provide info such as measurements, condition, site orientation, community information, etc. If we don't know the answer, we'll do our best to find out!
- Is it possible to get a loan on farm or ranch or recreational land?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on keeping abreast of current financing alternatives and lenders. We will be happy to provide you with a list of lenders or investors that specialize in financing these types of properties. We can also provide information on many mortgage companies and other lending institutions.
- Can you show us the property on week-ends?
Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate buyers who can not come during regular office hours. Just call for an appointment!
- I saw another property in your area but it is listed with another company. Can you help me?
We often show customers properties that are listed with other Real Estate companies. The property does not have to be "listed" with First Call Realty for us to show it to you. We pride ourselves in our knowlege of ALL properties in and around the tri-county area and will show you any property that fits that criteria.
- Can you represent me as a "Buyer's Agent"?
We are a full service agency and represent buyers, sellers and even renters!
